Hilton Head is about as reflective of the rest of South Carolina as Dollywood is of Tenne . . . Well, you get my point. You'll find a lot of things at Hilton Head Island, just not many S.C. natives. This state takes its high school and college football very seriously. In that regard, they are much more Deep South than its neighbor to the immediate north.
