I've been reading a lot of statements about Allen from folks like Andrew Bone and the respected posters on this board, and the statements over the past two weeks have been very positive in Bama's favor and Bone even said Bama was the team to Beat. But I haven't seen much mention of Clemson.

About a month to two months ago there were lots of reports that Clemson was coming on strong and gaining ground.

Does anyone know if Clemson has lost there footing with Allen and backslid so to speak, or are they right were they were?

Not sure if Clemson is backsliding or if the Sabanator just kicked it into gear. I don't think he will commit any time soon anyway. I think he'll be a NSD commit. And he is probably the highest priority on our board right now. So, I think he will end up wearing Crimson.
