Nevermind I found out lol. For everybody else that doesn't know how:
  1. go to EA SPORTS World
  2. login
  3. go to football at the top left
  4. scroll down to season showdown
  5. and towards the bottom is a link to the trivia.

ps: make sure you easportsworld ID is linked to your psn/gamertag. And this trivia is a little different than the one we have seen availible to everybody. It's one question at a time with a 10 second countdown clock for points, much like those bar trivia things.
