I am not sure if you have replaced the tires since you posted your thread. I work for a tire distributor and I would stick with Michelin and not Goodyear. I have seen and heard many ride disturbance problems with Goodyear. Since you are used to Michelin tires you won't be happy with anything less. If you don't want to pay that much I would recommend maybe some Bridgestone tires, but they are still not going to ride like a Michelin tire. I would rather ride on Kumho tires than Goodyear.
