I doubt the outcome of one game has that much of an effect on a recruits decision. It's more about how the team plays throughout the season, unless the recruit is just looking for a place to start right away. It's different however for every single recruit.

The atmosphere can certainly have an impact, especially if its their first college game, as it was for a lot of the 2011 and 2012 prospects that were on hand.
