TUSCALOOSA | For the first time this season, Mark Ingram was essentially phased out of the University of Alabama?s game plan in the first half. It wasn?t LSU that stopped the sudden Heisman Trophy candidate. No, instead it was Alabama coach Nick Saban and offensive coordinator Jim McElwain.
