Note John Cohen is the New KY Head Coach

Share

John Cohen, former asst. FL coach, is now the new head coach at Kentucky. He is from here in Tuscaloosa and played at TA. I wish John Cohen best of luck and of course I will be rooting for KY now in Baseball.

The announcement was made this afternoon.

Talking

My heart just skipped a beat. I was trying to go to the basketball board, and I accidentally clicked on the baseball board. When I saw "John Cohen is the new KY Head Coach," I was like "What happened to Tubby?!

Anyway, good luck to Coach Cohen in all but three games a year!

Note

Man I loved to watch him play at State. There was an old timer who sat way up by the pressbox and every time Cohen came up he'd yell "Knock him out John". This was followed by a spin of the bat and usually a smash hit by John C.
