Alex Avila made his Major League debut in front of his family and friends -- not to mention his father, Tigers assistant GM Al Avila -- and did not disappoint. Avila stroked two hits, including an RBI double, and scored a run to back fellow rookie Rick Porcello, who won his 10th decision.
