Interesting article. I don't know how to link it. It looks like Sharpe doesn't think he has to go to class or be on time for practice. I'm glad Stansbury had to deal w/ him and not us.
oops.........that's not rumor spreading is it Earle? LOL

"It is the latest in a season full of disciplinary problems for Sharpe, who is averaging 2.4 points in 8.9 minutes per game. He missed the team flight to Anaheim, Calif., for a December game and has received several suspensions for being late to games, practices and shoot-arounds.
"You would think he would learn by now," Stansbury said.
Sharpe, who was not available for comment Tuesday, had previously expressed dismay at Stansbury's insistence on being on time and attending class."
The next thing is, he'll be wanting to xfer to Bama. I don't like his chances...

I remember Coach Croom promising Sharpe's Head HS Coach that he would take care of Sharpe and make a man out of him if he chose MSU over Bama. I was wondering how a football coach could be that involved with a basketball player? Maybe CSC will take away Sharpe's number and make him earn it back.

Man, I would hate to have follow rules like that!

It's a shame this guy has that kind of attitude. He obviously had some talent or we wouldn't have recruited him along with UGA. My guess is that his HS coach coddled him for 4 years and let him get away with alot.
