Re: Grant accepts Alabama offer

Even though I am late, congrats on the hire! Grant is a class guy all the way, great coach and a better person. We understood that he was going to be gone one day, just never thought it would happen so fast. Thankfully for our sake he left our program in great shape when he left.

You guys also haven't seen the last of VCU, per Grants contract we will be engaging in a home and home series starting next season. Until then best of luck to Coach Grant and your program!

Playing VCU is a good thing. It's good competition, and it helps the RPI!

Re: Grant accepts Alabama offer

Speaking of which, wasn't there talk of a series with UConn in the near future?
