Nice to see CAG tapping into his S. Florida roots through recruiting. For those who don't know, Hankerson is tough and flat-out ripped. He's listed at 6'5" 205 lbs, but probably runs about 215-220 lbs of muscle. Also, his dad is the principal of a big school around here, which lets me know that he has a good head on his shoulders and will fit in well with what CAG is trying to start up in T-Town.

Hankerson is also a fast rising prospect, he'll very likely get a big bump up in the rankings the next time they're released (for those star gazers out there ).

Thanks for the insight! Sounds like he might end up being a good player. Good size at least. Looking forward to following his progress this year.

Re: Bama lands first 2010 Commitment

I have not followed basketball in the past but would really like to see Alabama have a dominating sports program.

Re: Bama lands first 2010 Commitment

I never thought our ball handling and passing skills were what they should be team wise under Gottfried, this guy might play a little point but even if he doesn't from what I've read about him he would bring good handling and passing skills to play at either wing and since we need a team wise upgrade skills wise this sounds good to me.
