Hillman = SEC's most exciting

I know football season has just begun, and we have a while until basketball starts, but I was looking at a Lindy's basketball preview and it had Senario Hillman listed as the SEC's most exciting player. It also reminded me of how ridiculous Kentucky's recruiting class is.

Also, I think an athlete like Hillman will thrive in Grant's style of play. It should make him even more exciting.

I think Hillman is a dynamic athlete but his decision making can make you cringe sometimes. Hopefully with more experience and coaching he can fulfill his immense potential. He can be a dominant player for a whole game rather than a few highlights during the course of the game along with stretches of bad shots.

Hillman is a freak athlete. Fun to watch, just forces a lot of shots. Grant along with finding a good PG should fix that though. Can't wait for bball season.

I would settle for a little less excitement, a lot less pouting and whole lot more emphasis on fundamentals.

Early reviews from the coach have been positive, but SH needs to bring a lot more "grow-up" to the court this year.

I have not heard any reports on Hillman pouting. When did this happen?

The thing about Hillman is is that one of his strengths is aggressiveness but what hurts him at times is his aggressiveness, gets out of control and makes bad decisions. The thing about him is he's at least got to get better at the fundamentals (this goes for really everyone on the team though), ball handling, passing so even if he still makes questionable decisions he won't make so many sloppy turnovers. Technically Hillman isn't really the type of player I enjoy watching on other teams but he plays for Alabama so I'm a fan.

This could be a turn around year from him different coaching style may be just what the doctor ordered.
