I'm not so concerned with being up tempo or a slow half-court offense team. What I'm concerned about is the team being diciplined and stronger and giving 100% effort. We didn't have that on a consistant basis with CMG. No hit on CMG but that seems to be the case. Now, the statement that got me going in this article was CAG's response when asked if the team was buying in to the system and CAG replied " They're still on the Team, aren't they?" That there tells me alot.

I'm very excited about the direction of BAMA basketball with CAG with that kind of attitude. Roll Tide! GO BAMA!!!!

When asked if he thought that UA was underrated, and not getting the respect they deserve; I thought Saban had changed places with Grant. "We can't worry about things we have no control over. We just have to focus on what we can do every day to get better and improve as a team, and play to the best of our ability, and those things will sort themselves out."

It's great to have the coaches of our two major sports to be of the same mold, not the Shula/Gottfried template, but the Saban/Grant one...forget the media (unlike Kiffin/Pearl), work extremely hard, be a team, and the results will come.
