These are successful head coaches that were all pulled from Coach Bryant's staff. Consistently successful head coaches lose their assistant's to other programs to become new head coaches and those head coaches take on the mentality of their mentors.

CNS's approach to running a program will no doubt be immulated by programs to bring about their own successful programs.

Look for UF and UA to lose staff big time in the next 3 years, all because the programs have become so successful.

TUSCALOOSA | Oscar Aldabe was born and raised in Alicante, Spain, but his migration to the University of Alabama was a natural one. Aldabe, a freshman on the UA swimming team, is a legacy. Both of his parents, Ricardo Aldabe and Katrine Bomstad swam at the Capstone in the 1980s. It was in Ricardo?s blood to follow in their footsteps.
