USC vs Virginia Tech-Who wins and by how much?

IMO, this game could get VERY ugly. USC is loaded with talent and VT lost some of their best players (e.g. RB Kevin Jones).

My guess: USC 42
VT 7

I know, it's not Alabama but it's the only game on Saturday, that I know of anyway.

This game will be closer than you think! The hokies always are well coached and they remind me of the Bama of Old.... Great Defense, Fantastic specail teams, and clock management on Offense. USC thinks an awful lot of themselves.

Me too. My co-workers were talking and I predicted a 3 point win by VT and they all said I was nuts. Of course that was before I found out USC is a 21 point favorite. I recall another team being a 21 point dog and pulling off a big upset.....

Its the first game so I think many are expecting a great game but anyway you break it down USC has much more talent and experience coming back. VT is a VERY young team and inexperienced with a QB who couldn't win his job out last year alone.

I expect a USC blowout or a win by 2-3 TD's

I have not met a single Tech fan that seemed the least bit confident or even hopefull. USC 27 VT 10.

VaTech offense is lacking. USC's defense is real good. VaTech's defense and special teams just lost D'angelo Hall to the NFL. USC's offense speaks for itself. The location of the game in DC might give a slight advantage to Tech but it wont help them win.

The kids from the left coast are too loaded for the boys from blacksburg. Vatech is gonna have a long year after losing too many players and most of their talent. USC wants a repeat and they have a easy schedule,
