Talked with Walter just the other day about the financing of a debt obligation of a governmental entity I audit, he seems to be a fine man.
I'm impressed!

Walter's Sister

Had the honor of working with Walter's sister at UA. I was dorm security and worked football game traffic. His sister was with UA Police and a fine, fine person. Years later when I returned to UA for a game, she called me down to say hello and just chat. It was a sad day when she passed away. I miss her, and she elevated Walter and his family in my eyes. I alway respected Walter Lewis and his family because of his sister.

Re: Walter Lewis

I am a big Walter Lewis fan, but I doubt the new coach will want to hire him with as little expirence coaching as I think he has. I think he would be a great hire, but whoever the new guy is probably has his own guy.

Re: Walter Lewis

I'm also a big fan of his, and on a sidebar. Tommy Johnson who lives in and coaches Louisville Fire Arena Football (Head) has told me he would love to coach at Bama as a DB coach. He is very well liked up here. I called Mal last year and left a voicemail about Tommy.
