Two of these guys, Rolando McClain and Toronto Smith are interested in Alabama.

Re: Recruiting: Linebackers

Speaking of linebackers, Lazear did not mention Bama today when commenting on "who sticks out right now." He named Ohio State, UGA, and Florida (31-3).

I'd really like to see this guy in Crimson to go along with McClain and Smith. I know it's early, I hope it turns out well.

Lazear said he plans on committing in August. I'd like to see him take an official visit to the Hawaii game before he makes that decision.

Re: Recruiting: Linebackers

He has a final five on Rivals and only one those are on that list. I believe his list includes Oklahoma, Maryland, Georgia, Alabama, and Nebraska in no paticular order. I think we have an opportunity and he has spoke glowingly of us. He knows the need for a MLB and I hope he considers it. I would hope that those comments would pertain to the recent visists he has had with coaches or to the campus.

Re: Recruiting: Linebackers

Maybe the Memphis guys will come and tick off both phatlock and Orgeron. Maybe their fences have some holes in them.

I think 3 or 4 from this list is entirely possible. Any one player on that list would be a good pickup IMO, they all seem like good players.
