I agree TerryP, from one perspective it is sad as a whole because she really believes what she is saying, but it was funny at the same time just the way she ranted and Paul basically just gave her the line and let her run with it. It was sad yes, but the delivery and the fact she wanted a copy and the listener in the background laughing was funny.

Do you really think they will get away with it if in fact it is true with speculation already abounding in the football department?

Is the athletic department at MSU as a whole foolish enough to even think about illegal acts under such scrutiny already? Nothing surprises me anymore, these days I expect the unexpected.

I've played against Walter and Parker 4 times. Walter is a classy player and wants to play for a school that he can play at. His coach however probably influenced Walter a lot to get him to go to MSU.

TerryP, that's a strong allegation to make about Ford and MSU, but I'm sure you have better inside info than me. Sharpe does come off as a good kid. Even in the article I read in the B-Ham News, he seemed to still have respect for the Tide.

I just can't see why he would think Bama would not pull his scholly after he made MSU a competitor. That's the nature of college basketball, IMO. Expecially when you just have 13 schollies to work with.

He'll get over it, if he can not let Ford and the media influence him.
