If that's not telling that the freshmen are buying into what CNS is selling, I don't know what is. I believe all moms want a good education for their sons so that when football is over, even for the ones fortunate enough to play on sundays, they will still have their education to guide them through life and that's something no one can ever take away from them. This is the foundation that CNS is laying down to start a winning team with.

Crimson Tide Football Team Has Success in Classroom
Quote:
The University of Alabama football team turned in one of its best semesters academically in school history this fall. The varsity compiled a cumulative 2.56 grade-point average, which included a 2.64 grade-point average for the recently completed fall semester. Even more impressive was the freshman class, with a fall GPA of 3.098 and a cumulative overall GPA of 2.984.

“We just had the best academic semester we have ever had,” said head coach Nick Saban. “I think a lot of the credit should go to our players and their efforts, in terms of what they did. Our academic support did a fantastic job. This is the highest GPA we have had with the varsity players and the highest GPA we have had with the freshman players. Our graduates are very high as well. We are pleased with this part of our program, we just have to continue to build and get the kind of performance on and off the field that we would like to have on a consistent basis so we can be champions sometime in the near future.”

This can't be correct - Tuberville said that unlike UA and UGA, Auburn is the only school recruiting players that want an education. Did these players not get the memo?

You know, cause they're a reputable institution that NEVER has a problem with half their recruiting class failing to qualify.

But did Ears say "what" they got their educations in? Like political science maybe. Sure, the Barn graduates all those secretaries of state each year.
