I would say yes since he has so many tangables. Besides that fact that he "seems" to be a competitor with all of his prior awards and recognition.

In my opinion, Julio is better than any receiver we have on campus right now - including DJ Hall. Given our graduation hit in the receiving corp, I don't think whether or not he starts is even in question. Learning routes is not that difficult. Receiver is a position that a person can play right away. If you look around D1, you see very good frosh receivers every year, and they were not the caliber of Julio coming out of HS.

I am not putting too high of expectations on him...I know he will make frosh mistakes, but I say he gets his first start against Clemson. He is that good.
