So was I. What portion of practice did you watch? The portion I saw had Kerry working with the rest of the defensive line, while the offensive line was off on a completely different portion of the practice field running their own blocking drills.
I might be wrong. I was there the entire time. If you were there also...what did stood out in your mind.....they looked good and organized. Very impressed......Did you feel the sense of urgency to do thing right??

Considering I'm in a frantic pace to get as many photos during the window as possible, I can't speak much for the technique. I was impressed to see the defensive linemen go up and engage each other in drills, especially the one where one lineman would run against a double team set-up by two other defensive linemen. I got a lot of shots of Cody running that drill along with the linemen practicing on the tackling/blocking sled.
Now for the rest of practice, Coach Sunseri definitely stood out in my mind. The guy is a fire-brand and was absolutely lacing into the linebackers.

I appreciate the compliment, but since the photos are for premium content on a site other than this one, I'm afraid I can't post them.
I have seen some pix from other sites and the way the guys look is almost beyond description. The off-season S&C has done wonders...

A rotation of Cody, Chapman and Murphy is gonna be a nightmare for opposing centers.

When you look at the talent on our defensive line being third string does not mean your not progressing. At DL I believe every player who meets the standard will play and the more meet the standard the more fresh and effective they will all be. I'd like to see three units all competing at a high level to rotate in and out. Right now I think we have two waves that are pretty good and reasonably close. But we aren't there yet on the third one. But I think the raw talent is there for the third one, it just needs to develop.
