Ohio State breaks Bama's Spring Attendance Record

Ohio State reported a crowd of 95,722, which set a new national record for spring game attendance. The previous record was more than 92,138 at Alabama's spring game in 2007 in the debut of Nick Saban.
Buckeyes Set Spring Attendance Record

Guess we'll just have to get it back when they open the expansion

Well they've been trying pretty hard haven't they? The thing I liked about Alabama setting the record was that there was no campaign to set it. It was just true genuine fans incredibly excited about their team.

Always hated Ohio st. And we filled our stadium. If we had room for 110,000, we would have had 110,000.

Huh. I guess that means tOSU fans just support the sweater vest more than Alabama fans support Saban.

Well, good for them. They've had their hearts set on doing that since we did it. Of course, we did it first, and we did it spontaneously, not because we were trying to do it.

It's all good. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

Re: Ohio State breaks Bama's Spring Attendance Record

If every team was guaranteed a BCS title birth in the preseason of every year (regardless of how overrated and flat out bad they are), I'm sure the fans of those teams would flock to see a spring game as well.

Re: Ohio State breaks Bama's Spring Attendance Record

They had to find some way to claim a title against an SEC opponent, since they can't do it on the field.

Big A Re: Ohio State breaks Bama's Spring Attendance Record

Any film to support that claim? Anyone have a overhead view like we do at Alabama? I want to see this. Funny we show pictures and OSU only put it in print. Any pictures please.

I just want to see the crowd!!

Appears the end zone is empty and a lot of the seats right and left at the ends are empty.

The two kids and crowd realize they are on the Jumbo-tron.

HAS ANYONE ELSE FOUND ANY PICTURES OTHER THAN THIS ONE?
