That's too easy. That guy is Bronko Nagurski. They mentioned him a ton during the 2008 SEC Championship Game telecast on CBS.

Re: Solomon: NCAA faces dangerous video game lawsuits

I really hope this doesn't change anything for future NCAA games. I enjoy being able to edit the rosters with the right player names etc. The players on the game don't look exactly like the real players in the face (ala Madden) but it's obvious who #8 is on Alabama or #15 is on Florida.

Nope.
Players take advantage of the system? The NCAA crushed the gonads of their University.
NCAA and EA Sports take advantage of a player to make money? That's just hunky-dory with the NCAA.

I hope the ncaa gets their rear ends sued for this! LOL. You can't claim these kids are amatuer athletes and then turn around and make money off of them.

Re: Solomon: NCAA faces dangerous video game lawsuits

I would say over 90 percent of college players love having the NCAA video games. Seems like players are always mentioning being able to play as themselves and looking forward to it.

Re: Solomon: NCAA faces dangerous video game lawsuits

All EA has to do is have the players randomly generated. As long as they continue to make them editable, the video game community would be fine. There are many dedicated roster editors out there who "fix" the rosters every year.

Hell, it could be Steve Spurrier in the All-Florida team.
