Not really sure if that was the one, but I can't imagine one of our players Tweeting about that and putting Coach Saban's business in the streets. Either way...

Umm, that tweet was a photoshop joke posted on the EDSBS blog. The original tweet was by the same player, but had the text I mentioned about the team meeting.

The TxTech player who was suspended over his online activity was one of their linemen--I believe the one with the mohawk and facepaint.

He had posted regret over returning for his senior season and what UAME said about the head coach being late for team meetings. Both of these appeared after the loss to Houston, so it was probably just a case of the poor me's.

And I know what you're thinking... the kid with the facepaint and mohawk has problems with impulse control? Hard to believe.
