The difference in Bama and Barn football? Bama goes to UK, cleans their clock and they introduce the basketball team at halftime to a standing O. Then UK comes to plainville and beats the boogers in their own backyard!

I don't think he'd include what Chiznik has done at the barn to this point.

At worst they will beat Furman and has a shot to beat UGA... 6-7 wins will probably get the Papa John's and/or Independence Bowl | | | | | Personally, I would think it hillarious if Awbarn plays their bowl game in the very place they wanted to never have to play another game......the old grey lady.

If that happens our chagrin of having to see old clips of Bo over the top and the punt sequence will be overshadowed by the aubies having to see the statue of Coach several times during the game. That's gonna be a real buzzkill for them.

Didn't you get the memo? | | | | | I wonder if this was from the same poster who claimed our season was scripted last year .... from the REC taking over the SEC office to putting all of the zebras on our payroll

It's irritating on the Auburn boards right now. I think I'll hang out here. You guys are more positive than we are about our team... no joke. We have totally caved the last two games and it's been painful to watch, but what no AU fan seems to remember is that this was the pre-season expectation in the first place. A little success and now Chizik is on the hot seat because it doesn't continue. I don't think we should have played as badly as we did. The mistakes were irritating and it was hard to watch, but the fan meltdown is a worse performance than the players have been showing! Silver lining is that the losses don't seem to be affecting recruiting and maybe improving it. We had Ed Christian one of our top Offensive Tackle targets commit after the game. Promise of playing time is a big lure for this recruits. I'll take the good with the bad right now.

If we ever run the spread offense, and after the team is set, we all stand up and look over at the sideline for a new play, then reset and run the play, we better be steam rolling some body. I can't stand to watch that! It's as bad as listening to PAM WARD call a game.
It makes me believe the QB is stupid and the coach arrogant.
1. You have a huddle, call the play, clap and head to the line with momentum maybe audible but with fire in the QB's voice.
2. Trot back to the line, get ready with momentum, stand up and look over at the ego maniac on the sideline, get back in position again without the same fire, and run the play like a bunch of chumps.

I think you guys are being a bit hard on your team right now. While I didn't necessarily think AU would drop the KY game, ya'll are about where most fans should've expected to be under a new staff and considering your schedule. The early success of a fairly weak schedule got expectations a little too high, too soon.
While we as BAMA fans tend to make fun of anything Auburn, (and you guys do likewise), most BAMA fans on here were saying preseason that defensive depth would catch AU down the stretch, as would some of the offensive issues (talent). The hurry-up spread offense is not helping your defense at all either. I think you guys are just starting to play the tougher teams, and its gonna be harder to overcome those things in SEC play.
