Re: What do we want out of a football Announcer?
Had the misfortune of DVR'n our game cause ABC is the only game here.
I found the commentary of the "Gold Dust" twins, and particularly Danielson's, particularly grating. One thing I took particular offense to was the "savaging" of our QB. I've never heard anything like it ever on national TV. What's up with that? Objective broadcasting or agenda? One of few valid points made was, "I heard someplace that there were 13 drops preceding this game". Yeh, 9 of them in bad places like the hand and numbers and three of those in the end zone. Add that to the Danielson miscalls on passes/accuracy/etc. If I were Mcelroy I wouldn't give either of these AH's an interview... Last edited by Blitzkrieg; October 27th, 2009 at 02:00 PM. |
