Yes, I could look at past schedules and figure this out , but curious if someone already had. Anyone know when Alabama last had a regular season 20 game win streak?

I know 1991-1993 we won 25 regular season games in a row before tying Tennessee in 1993. We didn't lose a game until a few weeks later against LSU.

I was at that 93 UT-Bama game in B'ham. That was a heck of a game.

This will not answer your particular question, but don't think we have ever had back to back undefeated regular seasons.

Bama had back to back undefeated regular seasons in 1973 & 1974. They had lost the last regular season game to Aub in 1972 and then ran off the 22 straight regular season wins from 73 & 74. They lost the first game in 1975 to Missouri.

They also had a 26 game regular season win streak from that started after the USC game in 1978 and went up to the Miss St. loss in 1980.

Wasn't that a 28-game streak that ended in 1980? Against MSU in Jackson, MS? With me there having begged my father to take me to yet another whipping of MSU by Alabama?

Yes, it ended a 28 game win streak overall (26 regular season wins and 2 bowl games)
