Mississippi State’s loss and Ole Miss’ win last week helped add further clarity to the SEC bowl picture. Here’s a quick rundown of SEC teams’ likely destinations.
I am still not digging your lack of confidence in Bama's ability to beat Florida. Frankly, I didn't get past that part of your write-up...
?????? Where did Jess show a lack of confidence in Bama beating Florida? He said that UF would be favored in the SECCG. That is a fact, but it says nothing about Jess's idea about who will win the game.
This article is covering ALL bowl possibilities. If you had read further, you would see that he covers the scenario of Auburn beating Alabama. Do you really believe that Jess is picking us to lose the Iron Bowl? It's all hypothetical. If you want his prognostications, read the preview articles.

He has Florida picked to be in the BCSCG (see his "Most likely destination"). He says that Bama has a shot, but he picks Florida to be in the game. I don't fault him for calling it like he sees it, but I would prefer that he see it my way.
Great write up, Jess. I wanted to see who you had coming to the Outback Bowl, since we always (through my wife) get free box tickets for that game every year. I would love to see Iowa come back - great coach (very friendly, nothing like SOS), great team and fans. They are all very classy (met Coach Ferentz and his staff last year) and their fans are SEC caliber when it comes to knowledge of the game. We cheered for Iowa last year over South Carolina and will again this year, if it is Georgia coming to town.

This is Alabama, which means pain. Line up, trade blows and the toughest, meanest guy wins." - Matt Hayes, The Sporting News 9/26/2009
