BAMAFAN IN NY Matt Lee has won this years Iron Chef competition and will wear his 2008 Iron Chef Winner Chef Coat with pride. Matt defeated DrBama in the finals where the secret ingredient was Pork Belly.

With the first Tidefans.com cookbook hitting the press shortly I would like to pitch the idea of publishing all the Iron Chef competition recipes perhaps with a picture of BAMAFAN IN NY on the cover wearing his Iron Chef jacket. It could become a yearly edition with the winner on the cover. The Iron Chef recipes were some of the most original we have had and most of them were very, very good.

Thanks again to everyone who participated. Enter again when Iron Chef resumes. There are no losers only winners in waiting for their own Iron Chef jacket.
