Most outrageous thing I do that turns out well is whole hog stuffed with 3 chickens each stuffed with different dressings (dirty rice, cornbread & oyster, shrimp & eggplant) and the rest of the cavity filled with link sausage. I make this once a year.

Baked Chicken-whether its smothered in Dales,BBQ sauce or with Spices.
Baked Burgers with Dales smothered in Onions seem to be my 2nd best.
Grilled Steak. Well my wife and kid and myself like it.
Lasagne-(I forgot lasagne, my wifes favorite)
I can also make pretty good Monkey Bread.

Around 50 for the Family Reunion in late Feb or early March. I did it twice back in '03, again for the house warming and blessing the house which I think was in August or early Sept. There were around 90 for that.
I would have to measure the ingredients for the biscuits before I hand that one out. I just make 'em..............have never measured.
I have been giving serious thought to giving out my cheesecake recipe. I have had people offer to buy it from me over the years, but since my mother-n-law passed away before I could make it for her one last time, I named it "Becky's Cheesecake" and told my wife that I should give to whomever wants it.
We just relocated and when I run across it, I will post it. Just please don't change the name. Takes half a day to make and then it has to sit in the fridge overnight before you serve it. Sucker weighs about 5 lbs.
I know how to cook KFC Biscuits, but the recipe would be different, since I dont have my hands on any of their flour, buttermilk or grease. Havent figured out how to cut the recipe down to just serve a small family though.
