Re: Round 6 Top Chef winner & loser

You guys really stepped up this week with some great work. This decision will be a hard one for all of us. TheOysterMan's dishes are so simple and pure plus he used the scraps to make his own stock, I loved the bread pudding. DrBama's pickled carrots and beets was an unexpected surprise. TideRollsInVirginia hit a soft spot in my heart with the potato pancakes and DitchDoc's Peanut Butter and Pear French Toast has become a hit in our kitchen. We are still trying to decide.

Sorry it took so long. It was harder to choose who is leaving than who won immunity.

TheOysterMan, your dishes were so simple they won all of us over. Any of us would have loved to sit down to your dinner. You got top honors on all three cards. There were dishes others offered but we liked your total menu the best. Unfortunately the person leaving us this week is rolltideroll202, man it's been an honor to sample your recipes but this week it didn't work out for you. You are certainly a great cook and we applaud your participation. Good luck.

Wow, I did not expect this news after seeing such great recipes get posted this week. I guess "keep it simple stupid" pays off

Rolltide202--Its been great seeing your recipes each week, great job being such a good competitor and raising the bar on this competition.

Great job 202, if I had not had immunity it might have been me going instead of you.
