I haven't dirtied my feet with Tennessee soil in several years now but I did just order the Neelie's first cookbook today along with Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. At one time in my life I was a connoisseur of Greasy Spoons, Truck Stops and Mom & Pop cafes.
I have used some of their dry rub for my smoking purposes and its the real deal! Their show on Food Network is ok at best, but they seem to know their bbq! Posted via Mobile Device

It seems to me BBQ is their ONE area of expertise. And their show is hard to watch.

Can't stand the Neelys, but Guy's cookbook is the best one I have bought in a long time. Being a devotee of his show, I loved the recipes from some of my favorite episodes. You're going to love this book.

I should be getting those cookbooks any day now unless they shipped them by Olympic Swimmer.
I like Guy too! He visited Fairhope, AL on his show!
I saw that one! I wasn't familiar with the spot he visited, though.
