Does anyone know how to make that Mexican resturant style cheese dip? The white kind? My and my g/f love this stuff but we can't really figure out what kind of cheese it is or how to make it.
Thanks guys!

I inhale that stuff too! I'll try these. I may even try one of them tonight.
On a completely unrelated note, I took a trip to Savannah last month and went to the Paula Deen restaurant. Man was that some gooooood food. They fried some collards which I thought was unusual, but that crab cake I had was amazing.

specialkpntbl -- did you have to mention crab cakes? Being from the gulf coast, I absolutely LOVE seafood. There's only one thing I can't quite stomach, and that's a raw oyster.

Well if you ever make it over there, that is a must have. But I can only eat aobut a dozen raw oysters then I'm done. Not that they make me sick, but thats just all I want to eat...
