Had a neighbor drop off a lot ( and I mean a lot ) of assorted fresh peppers he grew himself. Looking for some recipes. No bell peppers , or jalapenos. Some look like banana pepper s, other are just small dangerous looking type.

Find a good glass bottle, with air tight lid. Put peppers in bottle. Fill bottle with vinegar. Seal with lid. Store for a few months in a coll dark place. After a few months cook, collard, mustard, or rutabaga greens. ( amke sure to noil several large pieces of pork with the greens). Fry up some crispy corn bread, so thin you can read a news paper through it. Now pour a large glass of sweet tea, put cooked greens in a bowl, pour pepper sauce over greens. Eat greens, using the corn bread to soak up the pot licker. enjoy.

What he said...yummo! Tea, greens with pepper sauce and cornbread. That's all a good southern person needs . Well, ya could throw in a fried pork chop, but it's purely optional
Chop a few of those peppers and a bit on onion to mix in cornbread batter with a small can of cream corn to make mexican cornbread. Or some dang good hush puppies.
