Spending the day with son and some of his friends, daughter and son-in-law so it will be a big meal.

Duck & Sausage gumbo - thanks to one of my son's friends who is bringing the ducks

20lbs boiled shrimp with baby red potatoes, corn on the cob

Smoked Boudin & Red Hots sausages

Potato Salad

French bread

Beer

grilled bacon wrapped shrimp

saturday
shrimp and crab gumbo
fried frog legs
grilled oysters on the half shell
boudin
andoille
fried halibut
smoked salmon dip
homemade salsa with chips
shrimp sauteed with mushrooms,onions and bellpeppers
lemon ice box pie
bread pudding
