Peanut Brittle

Share

I'm looking for a good and fairly easy recipe for peanut brittle. I have a recipe but it comes out a little too hard and a little chewy. I know its supposed to be hard, but I like it crunchy. Someone told me to add more baking soda. I tried to post this on the recipe forum but it was to add a recipe and I'm the last person to add a recipe.

Smile Re: Peanut Brittle

I use the microwave to make peanut brittle. I like it with cashew nuts or hazel nuts better than peanuts but the microwave is perfect for making peanut brittle. The microwave also makes some of the best parched peanuts, better than the oven IMO.
