Arrow Kerry's $200,000 slap in the face

Share

In the debate last Friday night between Bush and Kerry, Kerry made a crack about not raising taxes on anyone making less than $200,000, Then he turned to the audience and said, "There are only three people in this room who make over $200,000 - me (Kerry), Bush and Gibson". Duh!!! (How would he know)?

Today on Bill O'Reilly's radio Factor, in answer to one of the callers, who thought it was a "dig", Bill, who I usually like, said..."Oh I don't think he meant anything by it".

Next is MY response to O'Reilly sent via e-mail this afternoon.

bill...Bill...Bill...

"There you go again" !!!

Of course Kerry MEANT "something" by his crack, during
the debate Friday night, about only three people in
the room making over $200,000 a year salary - him
(Kerry), Bush and Gibson.
It was a put down by the so-called upper crust to
those he perceived as merely plebeians.

Wake up and smell the coffee Bill.

If those people, who participated in the debate,
weren't insulted by his comment, they should have
been.

What an arrogant and elitist statement. Let us know if you get a reply.

Well, Nan, maybe he didn't mean anything by it.

The fact that O'Reilly seems to get it just proves the old adage that a broken clock's right at least twice a day.

Yes Kerry knows what he meant. He only paid 12.8% intaxes to BUsh's 30% and the middle class's 20%. I am sure that he could pay more since he thinks that it is unfair that he pays so little. He also only gave about $1,000 dollars to charity while the Bush's donated over $100,000.
