Is it possible to die of meat poisoning? ie - eating too much meat in one sitting.

My last experience at a Hardee's in Bluefield, VA (1992, I think) was not a good one.
That thing looks like, if you bite into it, you'll need plenty of napkins to wipe the warm grease running down your chin.
Gross. I'll stick with my fish for today. Tomorrow, maybe beef - but not that!
Here's what I experienced way back when: I was in the drive through at Hardee's and this used oil recycling truck was sucking out through one of those big hoses, the old grease out of the storage tank. When I rolled my window down, the smell was one of the worst smells I've ever smelled - immediately lost my appetite. As I was leaving one of the employees was taking trash to the dumpster and had a napkin over her nose. I'm surprised the EPA wasn't called. That's one of those once in a lifetime experiences that will make you never repeat the same thing.
C'mon, VJ. I know you're a Nachos Bell Grande kind of guy.

"Man, you should try this stuff. This stuff is great!"
Looks good but Hardee's burgers are normally really bad and often make me sick. I have no problem with Taco Bell though. I think you just have to find the right one. Some are better than others, the one close to my office is pretty good.
Besides Taco Hell and occasionally Arby's and Popeye's I won't east fast food unless I'm traveling and there is just no other option. They are so expensive now and not that fast. I can go some place that has real burgers with minimal grease and pay the same price or maybe $1 more (even with tip) and someone will bring it to me and fill up my coke.
On the rare occasion I eat a fast food burger my preference is Wendy's followed by Burger King. McDonald's serves garbage not worthy of a Chinese buffet.
I'm tempted to move this over to the Grillin and Chillin Board, but I think that's for more pleasureable culinary delights. Maybe we rapscalions are the only ones who can "stomach" this kind of rancor.
