Good Lord!

It took Brad Sciullo 4 hours and 39 minutes to finish a marathon. A meat marathon, that is. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound western Pennsylvania chef is the first person to eat a monstrosity called the Beer Barrel Belly Bruiser: a 15-pound burger with toppings and a bun that brought the total weight to 20.2 pounds.

Anytime I see something like this, I can't help but think of this place out in Chandler, AZ.

Talk about *burp!*.

It reminded me of the movie "The Great Outdoors" when John Candy takes on the Ole 96er.

Re: Penn. Man Eats Belly Busting 15 lb Burger

We cooked a 10 lb cheeseburger on our Big Green Egg BBQ pit this summer. The bun was 15" in diameter and the patty was around 2" thick. I don't know the exact number of cheese slices, tomato slices, bacon, I think we sliced 2 red onions, and a jar of dill pickle slices. It took a whole head of lettuce shredded to cover it. We had 12 people ready to eat and had leftovers.
