I feel this was commendable on the part of Obama and excellent work by our Navy guys. I for one am glad this did not drag out any longer. Negotiations? No. Not with these thugs.

I agree Jet, I have been critical of Obama but when he does something right I will say so. Even if he didn't order the force he didn't handcuff the military as some have in the past.

Quivering fear mongers are incorrect.
I would guess that this will make pirates look elsewhere for their prey.

It's true--Slab has already called an emergency meeting of the cell. The plan is to watch a few episodes of Glenn Beck to restore our delicate sense of perspective.

If anything, this may make more shipping lines that sail in that area register their ships with the USA.
