It happened except ofcourse the handbook part. She did stutter a bit but not that long but she did start to say socialize the oil companies. She caught herself and changed it to takeover. I think it happened during the oil crisis last year but I'm not exactly sure.

Okay. I guess I was on another planet that week. I saw this on Facebook and thought it was a doctored video as a joke. Talk about a "slip of the tongue".
