NYBF, did you get a haircut or something? You are looking a little different today but I can't quite put my fingers on it.
LOL - I like to change things up every once in a while. You like the new "Halloween" look?

I don't think you can read too much into what the kid said about doing it "for the show." I have a very smart soon-to-be six year old, and she's just as easily confused.

He probably thought "the show" was the interview he was doing then with CNN, and "doing it" might have been putting down his toys, combing his hair and sitting down in front of the camera.
The kid saying what he did wasn't what made me think this was a hoax. It was his father's response to it.

Yeah, both he and his wife looked like they wanted to crawl under a table when he said that...

Yeah, I like anything better than the stare you had in the other picture. I felt like you were trying to intimidate anybody you were debating with that stare.J/K But I do like the skull.

I had a few other halloween pics that I liked better, but they lost too much when I shrank them down to avatar size...

To paraphrase the late, great Lewis Grizzard,

"My mother beat me for the remainder of the afternoon & on into the early part of the evening..."

Tho in this case, it's not clear how many beatings are needed....
I miss Lewis

Re: 6-year-old takes off in family's experimental helium-balloon craft

I'm not posting the link. I'm sure that all of you will see it, but...

AP - A sheriff said he was pursuing criminal charges in Colorado's "balloon boy" saga, which first sparked fear for the child, then relief that he was OK and now suspicions of a hoax.

Aha.....something is rotten in Denmark - or rather Colorado

The sheriff is now saying that this was definitely a hoax planned two weeks prior to the incident in an attempt to get them in another reality show. Also said that the parents met in an acting school.

Cocaine is a helluva drug.

Sheriff: Balloon boy hoax may have conspirators - Yahoo! News
I feel for the children, especially for Falcon, who will be blamed for the imprisonment of his parents...
