14 American Soldiers Killed

14 Americans killed in 2 Afghan helicopter crashes - Yahoo! News

KABUL – Helicopter crashes killed 14 Americans on Monday in the deadliest day for the U.S. mission in Afghanistan in more than four years. The deaths came as President Barack Obama prepared to meet his national security team for a sixth full-scale conference on the future of the troubled war.

************************************************** *******

Obama "fiddles" while Rome burns. Afraid he'll make his leftists mad if he sends the troops McChrystal asks for. Coward! Wimp!! Marxist!!!

Are you Obamaites getting enough "changes" you can believe in?

These deaths are Obama's fault?

He who hesitates, and hesitates, and hesitates, is lost. While he's trying to make up his feeble mind, more of our soldiers are getting killed. And he's hesitating b/c he doesn't want to make his liberals mad!

I think adding 40,000 more soldiers would increase the chances of two helicopters crashing.

Its one heck of a decision to have to make and I am glad he isn't rushing into it.

Re: 14 American Soldiers Killed

Do all the libs have to come in here to stroke Obama's ego? Because that's his problem - he's afraid to do what's right - for fear of his libs turning on him.

I think you just quoted an article that was talking about helicopters crashing as evidence that him trying to make a good decision is costing soldiers' lives.

Personally, I hope he does send more troops. I just don't think this is a good article to backup your statements.

I appreciate your take on this. I'm just so distressed over his indecision while our troops are dying over there.

I couldn't agree more, but this was a bad example of the consequences. Lives will be lost if he doesn't decide soon, but not in 'copter crashes...

Re: 14 American Soldiers Killed

Seems to me that this would be more of an argument for folding rather than doubling down.

Re: 14 American Soldiers Killed

I wonder how long it will be before media outlets start listing the names of those who have died in this war. And yes, IMO, their deaths are on Obama's head.

I wonder how long before the media calls Obama out for playing golf and having parties every Wednesday the way they complained about Bush. He needs to give the military what they need or get them out.
