Any unemployed out there?

How the hell do you guys handle being unemployed? I'm going straight up stir crazy mad! I'm so sick of being in my house. My day starts with checking nearly every job site on the planet, walk my dog, check job sites again, walk the dog again, check tide fans.......... mope for about 10 minutes...then eventually go to the gym. I NEED A JOB. The recession is over?

I am not, but you need to stop checking the job sites multiple times/day. It isn't healthy.

Get your resume out there, get your name out there, then focus on self-improvement. This is a chance to better yourself. Take it. You will feel better about yourself and stop thinking about things out of your control.

Good advice. I've been more dedicated to the gym now more than ever and I picked up a couple GMAT books as i hope to get into a MBA program here soon. It's still just never racking. I have to save cash by not going out and as a single man that's tough to do. Sitting at home and watching tv is driving me mad.
