Friend and UA Student dies in car wreck over the weekend

Share

A Senior, set to graduate on Saturday with me, died this weekend in a terrible car wreck that sent his truck rolling and flipping. Patrick lost a ton of blood and in the end, lost his life. This is what I wrote on another board, and I just ask that people pray for Patrick's family, who must be in terrible pain because Patrick was a wonderful person.

Quote:
I met Patrick this semester at school. We had two classes together, GBA 490 and HES 250. We talked about how hard GBA was, and how stupid HES was. He was always asking me what was due in each class the next week, and we always laughed about how neither of us knew what was going on in either class.

He gave a speech in class about how he wanted to develop commercial property for a living. He wanted to find it, buy it, sell it and then watch people develop on it. He said it made him happy, and that he thought he could be happy the rest of his life doing it.

Sadly and fortunately all at the same time, he is now on the best piece of commercial property one could have, Heaven.

God Bless Patrick and his family as they deal with this.
