Please pray for his family. Sue Tatum was involved in the boating accident on Lake Martin last Summer (at the hands of a drunk boater). Sue Tatum Family Updates

Re: Kyle Tatum's mom has passed away

I have been having a lot of talks with God lately, I am sure he will not mind one more request.

Re: Kyle Tatum's mom has passed away

Goodness that is terrible news, so sad.

I tell you, for the life of me I have never been able to figure out drunken boating. For whatever reason, you get normal, rational people who would never even dream of drinking and then getting behind the wheel of a car, who will go out and drink all day driving a boat around a lake without thinking twice. I have never been able to understand that.

And just for the record, I'm not saying that is what happened here, I'm just speaking generally about alcohol and boating accidents.

Anyway, you have to hate it for Kyle. He always had the fans on his case pretty good for his play at right tackle, but I always liked him as a player, and never really thought it was his fault. I still think that Shula made a huge mistake from moving him from defensive tackle.
