Prayer request /Update Parker Allen

Share

Last year Parker Allen (a 19 or 20 year old college student) was in a very serious car accident that has left him confined to a wheel chair with very limited mobility. Parker does not speak though he does use his eyes to communicate. Parker has made some incredible strides in his recovery. The Shepherd Center in Atlanta has finally accepted Parker for rehab and today's report has given the family some long desired excitement.

When they put the dye in his spine, he loosened up and started moving a lot. They are going to send him to Piedmont Hospital for the surgery,(not date set) when they dismiss him, he will return to Shepherd’s Center for a length of time. They are also talking about fitting him with braces for his arms, feet and legs.

Thanks for the prayers in the past and please continue to remember Parker and his family.
