Four of the top 25 WRs in my early season rankings play in California, while three are on the opposite coast in New Jersey. Ohio and Texas have three recruits each on the list, followed by Georgia and Oklahoma with two apiece. Players from Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi and West Virginia also made the rankings.
