My Mood: Fine
Recipes: 1
Description:
Couldn't get any easier than this ....
Other: Ingredients:
Time:
20-25 minutes
Difficulty:
Easy
Serving Size:
3-4
  1. 2 med potatoes
  2. butter
  3. water
  4. seasoned salt
  5. coarse pepper
  6. parsley
Preparation:
  1. 2 med potatoes
  2. butter
  3. water
  4. seasoned salt
  5. coarse pepper
  6. parsley
  7. Microwave safe casserole dish
Instructions:
  1. 1 - Slice the potatoes with the peeling still on . Make your slices as thin as the width of a nickle or quarter & place them in your dish .
  2. 2 - Add 3 tblspns of butter and just enough water to reach a level of half the height of your potatoes .
  3. 3 - Sprinkle a tblspn of seasoned salt along with about 1/4 tspn of black pepper .
  4. 4 - Nuke covered on high for 8 minutes . If using Saran , make sure to poke a couple of holes in it .
  5. 5 - Remover lid & stir . Add parsley if desired .
  6. 6 - Cover and nuke it on high for 4 more minutes .

  7. Done

  8. You can add whatever you want ..... cheese , broccoli , onion , bell pepper , etc. . Even bacon at the end . Pretty much whatever you'd add to a baked potato .
