Sausage Balls

Description:
A twist on your normal sausage balls. These can be used as an appetizer or for breakfast. These things are addictive! You can pre-make these and put them in the fridge to bake the next day if need be.

Easy
Serving Size:
16 sausage balls
  1. 1 lb sausage
  2. 1 reg size block of cream cheese
  3. 1 can of croissant rolls(8 Rolls)
  4. Flour
Preparation:
  1. Preheat oven to 375 and leave cream cheese out so it softens.
Instructions:
  1. Crumble 1 lb of sausage and cook like you would hambuger for taco meat.
  2. After cooking sausage..drain grease and pour sausage to bowl.
  3. Add softened cream cheese and mix thoroughly.
  4. Open can of croissants and separate.
  5. Take some flour and put it on the surface put one roll on it and put a litle flour on it and roll it out to make bigger.
  6. Then cut croissant in half to make 2 smaller croissants. Put one scoop of mixture in middle of each roll and fold the 3 ends over each other and repeat.
  7. This will make a total of 16 sausage balls.
  8. Put in oven and cook until golden brown!
